Josh joins Telford Tiger in a 3 way agreement!

Head Coach Dom Osman on Josh having the opportunity to get more ice time with all Three teams Hawks, Tigers & Storm.

I’m absolutely delighted for Josh to get this opportunity with the Telford Tigers. Again we have a great relationship with Tom Watkins over at Telford and when the question came up we knew we wanted to make it work for Josh. We aim to try to help our players in any way possible. Josh has done it right and is taking it step by step. Not rushing into anything it’s important for him to get the top minutes with us but get exposure at the higher levels. Practicing in the elite league with storm, being an integral part of the Hawks and getting some ice time in the level between is perfect for him.

Josh deserves this opportunity and will be playing with the Tigers. It’s important to know that Josh will get the opportunity when it arises and the schedules between us and Manchester allow him to ice for the Tigers quite a bit up to the end of the season. Josh’s approach to the game and to be a pro is second to none.

He works hard and wants to be a hockey player. He commits all his time and his efforts to do this. I always said I believe Josh will make it far in hockey. He is living the life of a hockey player at the moment and is treating it as a professional. In my eyes, at such a young age he already is.

I’m absolutely ecstatic he is going to get his opportunity at the next level.

Good luck up there Josh!!!
