Bailey’s name has come across my desk the last couple years, as a player I was told I may need to keep an eye on. He’s a big Dman that can skate and has a good set of skills that is constantly developing. He comes from good hockey stock I know this from experience. As a matter of fact I didn’t think he was as big until I physically met him.
Bailey is going to be one of our development players this season as he may not be able to play officially in the league until November time. We are going to have him as part of our team and I am super excited to see what he can do. He will be putting in the time and investing in his opportunity to push for a spot come the time he turns 16. He’s a player who wants to compete and earn a spot and no doubt be a player who will become dman that plays in the higher levels of the country with time.
Again we are flattered that Bailey chose to start with us and put us at the top of his list to continue his development into senior hockey. This is something that we strive for and it shows we are on the right track with these younger guys choosing to be with us. Especially the players that are on the GB pathway. We will continue to strive to give him and our younger players the tools needed to develop and hopefully move on to the next level.
We will do what we can to offer the things necessary to make them feel they are in a professional environment next to quality players to help move them to that next level. We understand that every player is different and the time it takes from one year to the next will be different for everyone. For Bailey time will tell but I know he will be a player that will make some waves transitioning into seniors. Welcome to the team Bailey excited to work alongside you.

I’ve heard nothing but good things from friends that have been playing/training here for a few years now.
I would like to thank Dom and the organisation for giving me this opportunity, I’m really excited to get back on the ice in August with other guys.
