It was no surprise to me when I got a message from Tom Watkins over in Telford. As we said before we will strive to help players along. It really shows we are on the right track with recruiting players when these teams come knocking. Noah will be spending the time with the tigers when we are not on the ice. This will give him the advantage to train and skate at a higher level.

Nobody wants to rush these guys and there needs to be a balance to keep these guys progressing but on the ice playing at the same time in big situations. I have a ton of respect for Tom and how they work in Telford. It only helps that he has added another weapon in Jason Silverthorne who can help Tom push these players to be the best they can. Unbelievable hockey knowledge and pedigree there in Telford.

They are a great team to be around and it helps they have a champions mindset and these are the types of people we love our players to be around. We will see this opportunity for Noah filter down to us when he is on the ice with us. We wish Telford nothing but the best of luck and for Noah to progress through to them in time.
