Dom on Jacob Lutwyche Return:
When we had the conversation to have Jacob back it was honestly a no brainier. He was a guy that we needed back not just on the ice but as the organisation goes he’s the perfect example for the younger guys to follow. He is one of the most skilled players in our league hands down but his greatest strength is his effort level. He’s a local guy and loves playing in Blackburn. Jacob has been a huge part of our offence for the last two seasons, especially last season. We needed to find support for him as I feel sometimes we counted on him a little too much but he’s a guy who just never gets rattled and handles the pressure so well. He’s what I like to call a quiet leader. He turns up and gives everything he’s got anytime he is on the ice. With Jacob back and the guys we have signed back we already are a real threat offensively. He was just starting to click with his line mates cause we put them together so late and it really started to take off. We are so thrilled to have him back.
